Hello everyone. It really is my dream to create a dessert/food blog ever since. However the truth 


is I am actually lazy. So I’m in my random frame of mind right now, and just reading a blog about 


food, watching baking videos in you tube, and I feel at this instant that  it’s  time to create my 


blog. Well, with any luck, it’ll last. Oh well, I do bake since when I was 8, my primary instructor 


was my mom. And the first dessert that I baked is chocolate muffins. I am no good blogger at 


all, really. I’m just so in love with foodstuff! Hahahaha But hey, there’s no harm in sharing what I 


thought, isn’t? I ought to shout that pastry is my profession (soon to be pastry chef;) oh yeah!), 


and I can share loads of experience, ideas, creativity, etc. This blog will be full of the desserts 


that I bake (mostly, my original works). Describing each dessert that I bake and clearing up 


what are they. Giving information about the sweets,  so that every person will have familiarity to 


what I am baking. Baking is my life! As much as possible I bake every week to enhance my 


skills and to discover new stuff, as well as, to seek out different pastries. There is really 


something lost if I haven’t bake during Saturdays. Can’t help myself not to go to our kitchen. 


Gosh! It’s killing me the entire day if I stay in my room; /  if something is missing and lacks of 


ingredients, I right away ask my yaya to buy me the ingredients that I have to. So here, I hope 


you enjoy, desire, indulge and love the food that I’ll be posting!:)
